BCTELA Wiki

Welcome to the British Columbia Teachers of English Language Arts wiki.  What’s a wiki? Click here.

To start with, let’s use this wiki to share resources and related lesson ideas.  We expand as we go.

If this is your first time here, have a look around and add something if you’d like.  The lists here are built by us so keep checking back and make a point of occasionally sharing your expertise.

If you've never used a wiki before there's lots of help for you.  You will need to create an account but it's painless.

If you want to contribute to this wiki but just don't have time at the moment to learn how, you can send your contribution via the "Contact Us" page on the BCTELA website.

What's new on the Wiki:

*NEW* The participants in the literature circles institute at this year's provincial conference started some great thematic text lists.  We have 23 so far ...

We’re also working on a Canadian Literature list.  When you have a moment, check it out.
